Today I take the next step in the road toward "authorhood." While I have been working on my stories for more than two years, now it's time to join the literary cool kids and create a blog.
I like to consider myself a pre-published author. So far only my critique group and some of my students have had the pleasure of reading my works, but I hold firm in the belief that one day I'll be able to share them with the world. Many of my stories have been revised more times than I can possibly count and are ready for a wonderful agent or publisher to say "I need this book!" Others need more work. And one, my first attempt at middle grade, is barely underway. I'll be working on it for quite some time!
